New Website Launch
As part of the new and exciting changes occurring at Pointon Partners, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new website.
The new website provides users with a new interactive, user-friendly experience and features a fresh, innovative design that is easy to navigate.
Our website users can now:
- access our secure online portal, which gives participating clients the ability to track, in real time, the status of their transactions and access documents 24 hours a day
- access and share our firm’s daily news and publications relating to the various services we offer and areas of law we practice in
- Learn more about the firm, the services and our people through the updated menus and profiles and contact us through our online inquiry form.
Establishment of Sydney Office – Pointon Partners
We are pleased to announce that Pointon Partners is expanding with the establishment of a Sydney office headed up by Simon Della Marta. We welcome Simon to our team. Simon is very well known by us as he has been acting as our Sydney agent for over fifteen years. During that time, he has provided extensive and invaluable assistance for ourselves and our clients where NSW law has been involved or we have required things to be done on the ground in NSW. The relationship is being taken to the next stage with Simon opening a Sydney office under the Pointon Partners name. The office is located at Level 6, 111 Elizabeth Street, Sydney and opens for business on Monday 19 November 2018. Simon is a very well respected and experienced commercial lawyer and who also has extensive litigation and property experience.
In his spare time, Simon is an avid skier and a passionate rugby and cricket supporter. His wife Kathryn Selby AM is an accomplished pianist and Simon is closely involved in organising her acclaimed chamber music concert series Selby and Friends which tours nationally.

New Partner – Felicity Cara-Carson
We take this opportunity to announce our new Partner, Felicity Cara-Carson.
Felicity Cara-Carson joined Pointon Partners in 2015 practising in the areas of Commercial and Intellectual Property and is also a Registered Trade Marks Attorney.
She was previously a partner at another commercial law firm and acts for and provides advice to a range of clients, from individuals and smaller businesses through to large organisations and entities, in a variety of industries and sectors including the retail, wholesale, service, supply, transportation, hospitality, fashion and entertainment sectors.
