Felicity Cara-Carson joined Pointon Partners in 2015.

She is a Partner practising in the areas of Commercial and Intellectual Property and is also a Registered Trade Marks Attorney.

She was previously a partner at a commercial law firm and acts for and provides advice to a range of clients, from individuals and smaller businesses through to large organisations and entities, in a variety of industries and sectors including the retail, wholesale, service, supply, transportation, hospitality, fashion and entertainment sectors.

  • drafting and negotiation of information technology related agreements including software related agreements, licence agreements, assignment deeds and reseller agreements

  • drafting and negotiation of contracts; and
  • provision of advice in relation to contracts.
  • personal law matters including but not limited to succession planning, wills and powers of attorney.

Felicity has previously been involved in the LIV’s Intellectual Property and Information Technology Committee, and has been a director on the Board of Governance of a not-for-profit Association.

  • Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree
  • Bachelor of Arts degree
  • Graduate Diploma in Arts (Asian Studies)
