Tony is the Managing Partner at Pointon Partners and leads the Commercial and Taxation practices of Pointon Partners.

He is a proud and passionate Melbournian and an emeritus member and also a former long term Director and chair of Corporate Governance of Food and Wine Victoria which conducts the Victorian Government designated Melbourne major event the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

Tony is the current Chairman of Laworld , the international law firm association of over 55 medium sized law firms and 1,300 lawyers. He is actively involved in this role which includes event organization and coordinating communication between member firms. The association offers Pointon Partners global reach and Pointon Partner clients worldwide contacts for their legal needs across all important areas of law that Pointon Partners practices in.

He is a chartered tax advisor and committee member of the Tax Institute of Australia. Tony has worked for one of the Big 4 accounting firms and has been an associate of a judge who heard taxation appeals, offering an unique and practical approach to the taxation area.

Tony is a long time sailor and member of the Sandringham Yacht Club and enjoys his racing, golf, the mighty Tigers and spending time on his historical farm in the Macedon Ranges.

  • Purchase of Johnson Tiles on behalf of Kim Hin Indusrty Berhad, Malaysia Stock Exchange from Norcros PLC, London Stock Exchange;
