Amelita has broad ranging experience within commercial litigation including contractual, employment and State and Federal tax disputes in the Supreme Court, County Court, Magistrates Court, the Fair Work Commission, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Amelita’s experience includes advice on pre-litigation planning and strategic resolution of disputes.
