  • Advising on the restructure and international expansion of a business specialising in business analytics software, and advising on key employee incentives
  • Advising a national transport engineering and consulting business in relation to corporate governance and employee share plan
  • Advising taxpayers in ATO audits relating to the CGT small business concessions
  • Advice regarding Australian tax implications for US settled trusts
